Professional Wedding Coordination
We are the first to arrive the day of your wedding and the last to leave.  We are certified, talented, skilled and creative in the areas of wedding planning and coordinating from beginning to end.  We have years of experience planning events and will use our knowledge and resources to your advantage.  No detail will be left unattended to.  We want your day to be flawless.  

Location Search/Availability
Ballroom, private estate, hotel, country club, garden club or one of many beautiful Florida beaches, we will assist in finding the perfect location for your special day.  We can help you decide how to have a great wedding on any budget.

Menu Planning/Catering
From dessert or cocktail receptions, station buffets, elegant sit-down meals, we will assist and guide you every step of the way.  We will arrange meetings and menu tastings with the area's finest caterers, design the look of your reception, and implement all the necessary arrangements.

Floral Designers
Our talented florists will walk you through the process of color and flower selections to create a visual masterpiece to match your individual style.

Pastry Chefs
Whether you want a traditional three-tiered cake or a uniquely designed theme cake, we will have you meet with talented pastry chefs to create the ideal wedding cake for you and your party.

Do you have all your vendors' picked out, contracts signed and most everything is prepared?  So you want to sit back and relax on your wedding day and leave all of the logistics to someone else (not your fiends and family)?  Memorable Occasions will assist you with the ceremony rehearsal and handle all of the wedding day details per your specifications.

If you've done all the work but, you just need a little professional polish to make everything flow properly on your special day, we can help.  Memorable Occasions will assist you in coordinating all of the specifics for your wedding rehearsal and wedding day.  From wedding ceremony etiquette to troubleshooting any problems which may arise , we are available to make your day sparkle.

The "Plumeria" Package supports couples on their special day with managing the important details of the event.  Our professional wedding consultants provide many services, including wedding day or reception only coordination, etiquette guidance, supervising vendors and offering a wedding day emergency kit.



Initial consultation is free for all services.

Pre-Wedding activities

• Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams and expectations
• First meeting:  Visit to venue to discuss dreams and expectations
• Second meeting:  Discussion of ceremony, reception time line and vendors list
• Styling and designing of event
• Vendor selection and pre-screen all vendors
• Confirm wedding day vendors
• Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
• Timely and consistent follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
• Overview and education (We look forward to your calls.  We are there to answer question from beginning to end.)
• Provide wedding etiquette guidance when requested
• Prepare a time line of events for the ceremony and reception
• Make suggestions of wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family and vendors
• Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiates, wedding party, and vendors 

Wedding Day Activities

• Two Wedding Consultants to assist with all wedding day activities
• Assist bride, groom and bridal party
• Coordinate with wedding day vendors and assist, if needed
• Distribute final payments to vendors
• Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception. 
• Decorating the ceremony and reception sites (decor to be supplied by client, or may be rented from Memorable Occasions, Inc).
• Set-up and tear-down of rental pieces
• Deliver drinks, food and snack trays to bridal party prior to event  (cost off items to be incurred by client)
• Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers
• Attend final seamstress appointment to discuss bustling needs of bride with seamstress
• Bustle Wedding gown
• Attend rehearsal/conduct rehearsal
• Vendor follow-up and confirmations
• Oversee venue decor to ensure that seeing is laid out in keeping with couple's wishes
• Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that time line is followed according to plan
• Coordinate all reception activities
• Provide wedding day emergency kit
• Troubleshoot when needed

After Ceremony Activities

• Transport needed items from ceremony to reception
• Prepare cake and meal for couple to take from reception
• Distribute tossing items and line up guests
• Load gifts and decor left after reception into designated car
• Assist with clean up activities

Our Elopement package:
 
Price:  $495  

Consists of 2 to 24 guests, one hour wedding services at a location of your choice.  We will suggest various options such as a beach, gazebo, park, church or private estate.  The elopement package includes music, an officiant to perform your ceremony, a wedding cake, a champagne toast to follow, 25 casual photographs.  A-La-Carte services are available for your ceremony.  This is perfect for an intimate wedding party that would perhaps have a reception at a later time or date to follow.
